Hi, I am Dipti! Welcome to my health coaching space! My health coaching practice is a blend of my extensive IT experience and personal health journey. With over 16 years in Silicon Valley, I worked as a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation and Hewlett Packard and later transitioned into a Senior Technical Program/Project Management Consultant role at companies like Cisco Systems, Adobe, Meta, and eBay. During this time, I faced significant health challenges that traditional medicine couldn't diagnose, leading me to explore alternative healing methods. I discovered that chronic stress was the root cause of my illness and turned to holistic healing practices. Based on that I emphasize the importance of being aware of how day-to-day stress affects us and proactively creating a natural rhythm of mindfulness and healthy balanced living. After struggling with my health challenges, I found balance through transformative holistic healing practices, right eating habits, and movement. This inspired me to become a health and wellness coach with a focus on disease and stress prevention.
With my health coach training and rigorous coaching practice, I have developed a purposeful model for holistic mind, body, and soul healing and stress management. I create customized plans for my clients that best suit their individual health and life goals, aiming to achieve phenomenal changes and breakthroughs.
